- When do I get paid?
- The money sits in the platform's escrow before you even start filming. Once the business approves the video your payment is guaranteed and you chase no one. It is credited to your account instantly and you can withdraw it the following Monday, or save your fees up and withdraw them together later. Payouts run every Monday during the day, your cut-off for requesting one is 9:00 in the morning.
- How much of my fee does UGCEED take?
- Nothing. You always get 100% of the price you set. The business pays the service fee on top of your price, and signing up and your profile are free.
- Do I need to be self-employed?
- Not to join the database. When it comes to paying you out, we will sort out the setup that fits you, either as an individual or as a sole trader. Payouts are made under a work contract. We will guide you through it, you are not on your own. If you have a limited company, e-mail us or contact support and we will sort that out too 🙂
- Do I need a lot of followers?
- No. Brands aren't buying your reach, they're buying your video. What matters is how naturally you speak on camera and how your footage looks. A phone is enough.
- Who owns the video I shoot?
- The brand gets a licence to use the video in marketing under the assignment terms, so you know upfront where the video will run. You can add it to your own portfolio too.
- What if I don’t like an offer?
- You can decline any offer without giving a reason. Nothing is binding, you only shoot what suits you.
